I am the executive chef and owner of Pure Plate Catering. We are a corporate and private catering company in the Dallas area specializing in gluten free food. I have been catering and working in restaurants for 24 years. After finding out I had a gluten allergy 15 years ago, I have found out how difficult it is to stay gluten free when eating out and even shopping in my grocery store. Now I service my clients by giving back to them the time it takes to shop and prepare meals, and also giving them peace of mind that the food they are eating is safe, free of allergens, and nutritious.
