Breads and Desserts
Being gluten free has its challenges when it comes to bread and desserts. In the grocery store, bread is dry and un-palatable. Now that I make my own gluten free flours, breads are back, baby! Fresh breads with no preservatives or conditioners. You can have raw dough in your freezer, ready to be proofed and baked. Fresh baked and frozen loafs also thaw like they were baked the same day. You will wonder why the grocery store hasn’t figured this out yet.
